Before shopping for this post, I had no idea you could buy Olive Garden’s famous salad dressing! I’m glad I have almost a whole bottle left after creating this recipe so I can enjoy some on salads in the coming weeks.

I didn’t feel that the dish needed salt or pepper so we enjoyed the dish with only three simple ingredients.

  2. That sounds really good! I am a huge seafood fan, but I have never heard of Swai. I wonder where it is from?

  3. We love the Olive Garden dressing. There is a bottle in the fridge and one in the cupboard (from Sam’s).
    We haven’t tried the Swai yet. I will have to add this to meal plan!

  5. You used to be able to go by and pick it up right from Olive Garden itself! I cant tell you how many times I have had it directly bottled!

  11. We sampled this at our local Sam’s & it was delicious.
    Tried to make it at home and it took a lot longer than 15 minutes to bake.
    … Did you thaw it before baking?

    • Yes, I thawed before baking out of habit since that’s how I do my tilapia. I suppose the recipe implies that you are thawing the fish first since you marinate it, even though it doesn’t come right out and say it. I think baking frozen fish (that isn’t breaded) has a tendency to make it mushy.
