Sweet T and I did a Tea Collection review back in the spring when Sweet T was a size 6-12 months. She got so much wear out of both rompers and they were my go-to outfits all summer long. Rather than consigning as I normally do when T outgrows her clothing, I’ve saved both outfits in case we ever have another little girl. The comfort and quality are both superior and I’d be happy if every item in her wardrobe was from Tea Collection. Tea Collection is for “little citizens of the world” and the theme for their 2011 fall line is Modern Mexico. Once again, they have not disappointed! The quality, comfort, and just plain cuteness of the pieces we received are among the best in the industry in my opinion.
Sweet T is petite for her age and is kind of in-between sizes right now. 12 months technically fit (though not over a cloth diaper!), but are becoming a pain to take on and off. 18 months are a tad loose, but much more comfortable for her and easier for me to change her in and out of.
She’s pictured wearing the Ancho Chile Stripe Dress with a Ribbed Purity Tee in Plum Frost underneath. It was perfect for church last Sunday! I love that the items in their seasonal collections can be easilty mixed and matched due to the color schemes.
Fall is the perfect time of year for layering since you never know what to expect. Here in the South it’s been cool in the mornings and evenings but rather warm during the day when the sun is out. Sweet T wore just the dress by itself as the afternoon progressed. This winter, I’ll be doing the same thing with her Cinco Senses Hoodie and Indigo Kimono Robe pictured below. She would NOT be still so I’m sorry the pictures aren’t quite as good as the previous ones. My mom tried her best to “wrangle” her in place, but photographing a 14-month-old sometimes feels about as successful as nailing gelatin to a tree. Her on-the-go phase is another reason I’m thankful for the quality and comfort of Tea Collection.
