Easy Meatloaf recipe using Stove Top Everyday Stuffing Mix

Hubs is a HUGE Stove Top Stuffing fan. One of his favorite dinners when he was single was a package of Stove Top Stuffing Mix served straight out of the pot in which he prepared it! Being a Southern gal, I’m more of a cornbread dressing eater so it was Hubs who introduced me to what a great dish Stove Top stuffing can be (I do at least make him eat it off a plate now ;))

Stove Top’s new formula is every bit as tasty as the old, but now it comes in a resealable canister so you can use as much as you need and save the rest. You can also prepare it in the microwave! For dinner last night I decided to make Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf from a recipe that my friend Pat shared with me.

  2. I hope you don’t mind that I am sharing this AWESOME recipe (with proper accolades, of course, to you and your friend Pat) on my Pennywise Platter blog entry today.

I happened to come across this recipe a little more than hour ago, had everything on hand, so I made it just before lunch. My family are big meatloaf fans, and we like it cold so this is perfect although I must admit I just ate two slices straight out of the pan…EEK!!

Yes, it really is THAT good!
